Tourist tax not included € 2,00 per person per day. Children up to 14 years of age do not pay it.

Reduction for children sharing a room with 2 parents::

From 2 to 5 years -50%.
From 6 to 12 years 12 -30%
From 13 years third and fourth bed adults -10%
Cradle 30,00 € daily
The price is intended for a minimum stay of 3 days

Rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival and kindly vacate by 10.00 on the day of departure
The reservation is valid only with a deposit equal to 30% of the price of the entire stay

For the amount exceeding this limit, payment on departure must be made exclusively by credit card, cheque or debit card. Please note this notice for the balance of your account
For late arrivals or early departures, the room price will be charged

Cancellation fees

Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing
For the cancellation conditions, we kindly ask you to refer to the booking confirmation
In case of cancellation made up to 40 days before the date of arrival, no cost will be charged. For cancellations or changes after the aforementioned deadline, the full amount of the deposit will be charged, or 30% of the value of the stay, in case of booking by credit card, as established by Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code
No Show or cancellation from 24 hours before arrival : In the event of a No Show or last minute cancellation, the amount will be withheld, or the full cost of the reservation will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee

We stayed there last week. It was an excellent hotel, thanks to the courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff. The room and all other areas were immaculately clean. The food was delicious, with dishes that were never boring but always sophisticated, and the large buffet included. Excellent value for money. When we return to Canazei, it will definitely be our hotel again! We recommend it to everyone! Livio and Silvio

This was my first time at this hotel. Everything was top-notch. The location is central yet quiet. In the evening, you can only hear the faint sound (not the noise) of the Avisio stream, which is practically adjacent to the bike path. I ate very well. The menu was always varied and rich with everything, with a South Tyrolean-themed evening. Kudos to all the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness at all times. I've promised myself I'll return next year. Something not to be underestimated, and all at an absolutely excellent price. Congratulations to everyone!

We just returned from our vacation, and I'd already be ready to rebook for our next one, if I could! The hotel was clean and fabulous, and the staff and everyone was absolutely wonderful. I'd say the food was excellent and attentive to the needs of each guest (I speak from experience with various allergies).

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend for 7 days, and it was a truly positive experience for both of us.
The hotel is very nice, both inside and out.
The staff were always there, very kind and cheerful, and always ready to offer information about excursions.
In addition to our intense daily walks, we were really happy to meet some couples who have been staying at this hotel for several years, which made our dinners even more enjoyable.
We felt at home and in great company.
Excellent location for reaching the center of Canazei and the various departure points for excursions, and nearby villages with a lovely walk along the river.
Excellent and plentiful food.
The room was welcoming, spacious, and always clean.
We will definitely be back to repeat an experience like this.

I stayed in this hotel with my family and we had a really good time. It is a family-run establishment, and you can immediately feel the welcoming and well-kept atmosphere. The staff has always been attentive, helpful and very courteous, ready to satisfy every need with a smile.

Our room was comfortable, well-furnished and clean: a detail that we really appreciated. The hotel is located in a strategic position, a few steps from the center, but at the same time it is quiet and silent, ideal for relaxing after a day of excursions or walks.

Another great strength is the cuisine: excellent quality dishes, well prepared and with fresh ingredients. Every meal was a real pleasure, genuine flavors.

Overall, a more than positive stay. We highly recommend it to those looking for a quiet, welcoming environment with sincere attention to the guest.
